@@elvonsarza Nah. Vault Boy would probably win. He legit has access to nuclear weapons like the Fat Man and in 76 Nuclear Silos. Also he has Perks that can nullify fire damage and explosive damage along with fall damage. Power Armor would basically nullify the fall damage. Electricity wouldn’t be a problem especially if he were wearing power armor. Now when it comes to frostbite it’s a tossup. Shield would also depend on if he activates it before or after a nuclear missile gets dropped. Vault Boy has a Hazmat Suit that negates all radiation damage at the cost of having no protection from other things. Soviet Boy would have to keep his shield up the entire time just to survive. Also stimpaks and stealth boys are OP and stimpaks can regenerate broken limbs. stealth boys can keep the vault boy hidden for short bursts of time. In short Soviet Boy is probably fucked.

My dear english friends! He is not Soviet Boy - he is a pioneer (пионер). In the USSR, pioneer is the title of a boy or girl who is a member of a political organization. In the USSR, it was believed that everyone should be in a single, all-Soviet Union political organization. Then there are the titles Octyabrenok (= October boy, the name was coined from the name of the month of October, when the revolution took place) and Komsomol member (for older guys). The difference between a pioneer and a scout is political affiliation.

Давай начнем с того, что сначала шли "октябрята" (с 8 до 10 лет), потом пионеры (с 10 до 16), комсомольцы ( с 16/17 до, трудно сказать, 25?). И из всех этих организаций политизированной были только комсомольцы. Даже в 16/17 лет детям трудно объяснить сущность политических течений. До этого это вообще бесполезно и не нужно. Просто свои организации с своими правилами и нормами, делаешь так, как говорят старшие и все вокруг.

Такое чувство что мои родители смотрели это в детстве, и сам смотрю как-будто НАСТОЯЩИЙ советский мультик! Разработчики старались это сделать.

While in Atomic Heart the Soviet technology probably be ahead of the US by leap and bound and won't see it as a rival anymore. There's a possibly they could be friends, small it may be.

Они скорее всего не хотят углубляться в тему Советского строя и так далее, так что да. Винить их даже не могу. Looks just like something Soyuzmultfilm would make in the 50s but without all the violence and gore of course.

I think a more appropriate name for this kid is “Pioneer boy” since all Soviet kids were forced to be members of the Young Pioneers group and this kid is wearing their uniform.

Vault boy has Perks powers that can make him pervious to Radiation and what does the Soviet Boy or Pioneer had?
