    this is actually an awesome product. I've used it to run my laptop when I couldn't plug into a wall, worked for hours, i love the fan, it's pretty quiet under load, holds a charge well. its nice and heavy too. feels like it's made with high quality materials. highly recommend it! these are hard to find now for some reason though. I'd buy another one if I could find it,.

    Saying 20,800 m-A-h sounds unprofessional. Instead say: "20,800 mili Amp hours" and you won't sound like you have no understanding and just repeating specs as a salesman for a sale.
