Milan has a great streetcar system. Impressive are the 85 (!) years old Peter-Witt streetcars that are still running on several routes and the already more than 50 years old articulated streetcars 4600/4700series. They are a great contrast to the futuristic Eurotrams and Sirio trams. Also unique are the articulated series 4900 trams with asymmetric front and back.

Milan has such a neat tramway! The orange cars have odd back sides, and the new low-floor look out of place in Milan! that ram at 9:46 looks the wirdest!

Buses will never have the legacy of streetcars and trams... Milan always had it right for always keeping them in operation while other cities were just removing them and in some cases not even replacing them with any other mean of public transportation.... just walking thru a European city and having a 90 year old streetcar passing by it's just one thing that you will never understand if you never have seen one ...
