Bushing setups don't need to be complicated to be affective. Changing the shape of your bushings can set your trucks up for completely different styles of riding. i love the shots of the board moving...very innovative. but it somewhat looked the same regardless of what bushing was used....

Great vid I learned alot..you should loosen up a bit man..how do you skate?
