amazing video, I'm new to fly fishing here in NL. Do you have any recommendations for rivers/brooks to fly fish near St.Johns and Whitbourne area. Thanks!

Pretty much all of the scheduled rivers on the Avalon will have salmon from the last of June to the middle of July. The salmon anglers guide has a list of the rivers and includes a map. There’s probably 20 scheduled rivers within 1.5 hrs of St. John’s. Get out and have some fun!!!

Both bombers and streams. I try to use dry flys whenever the conditions are right. Nothing better than a Atlantic salmon dry fly take.
