This is one of our favorite stops in AC - we are from Brooklyn and visit AC several times a year. We have been going here for years. Excellent customer service, great beer selection, good cocktails and we have always loved the food. We especially love it's a local business . Please give it second chance you wont be sorry!!!!

I've been trying to get back there and will soon. I've only heard good things about the place. I just had a bad (raw) burger but everyone deserves a second chance right? Too bad you had a bad experience with the patty melt. I was there twice this weekend and had amazing beer, great food ( happy hour cheeseburger, brisket chili, friend chicken sandwich), and amazing service. I'd give it another shot if you get the chance. Best beer list in AC!

Wow. Never got a patty burger raw. I went to that place once years ago, but just got some beers. I might go back again, but only for drinks after watching your video.

I'll eventually go back. I've heard good things about this place and I truly think this was just an unusual bad experience for me. The burger took forever and came out raw. I'm thinking there was a problem with the grill. Granted, it should not have been served. I will go back however and of course record it again! Thanks for watching and subscribing Kevin!

Raw Hamburger a Big No No! I immediately thought of the mad cow disease! Bad for business. The beer looked cold and thirst quenching, along with the tater tots that looked delicious. 🍻😋

Yes Bonita, something went wrong. The patty melt took way to long to come to the table raw. It shouldn't have left the kitchen. Everything else was good! Have a great weekend!

Ewwww that meat was so raw I swear I heard it say mooooooo!! 🐄 That was very unfortunate. Hopefully they will get it right next time. I agree with my husband. I always like my meat well done and nice and juicy. I don't want to see any pink when I eat meat. The comment about throwing the rock made me LOL. 🤣

Just did a walk from Trop to Ocean Resort...was called out three times! Everyone was great and super friendly! Have a great weekend Jennifer! I will always give a business at least two chances...things happen. But I think I'll need a good disguse, they might beat me up in the kitchen!

I give places two consecutive chances for messing up. If they messed up once, I come back again to see if they make the same or a different mistake, a second time in a row they make a mistake I stop going to that place (maybe years later if the venue is still in business, I might try again; since if it's still in business, might have been just a weird coincidence if other people haven't had that problem twice in a row). Note to your previous Atlantic City video mentioning Bally's "The Yard" indoor/outdoor beer garden as having pinball machines, unfortunately it does not. The place does have some arcade games, but sadly for my pinball addictive self, no pinball machines. The employee who was there helpfully wanted to guide me to some arcades with pinball I already knew existed, but sadly the new place is not planned to have pinball machines at this time (unless some manager that I didn't meet told you differently).

I will return to the Tennessee Ave Beer Hall sometime in the future (after they forget what I look like! LOL) I'm not a huge pinball guy (although I enjoy them once and a while). My bad on the pinball thing. I tend to call all arcade games pinball machines. Lesson learned. Thanks for watching djargus and have a great weekend!

@@DebraCamacho Thank you! We went to a really nice steakhouse in Vegas and my husband’s steak was almost raw and he just couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t try it. I told him it would need at least 10 more minutes of cook time LOL. Something really freaks me out about pink meat!

Well that sucks,but it happens. I had the same tots,they were a winner. That meat was a major no no.That never should have left the kitchen. I can never stress enough when ordering that it has to be well well done. My other pet peeve is plastic cups,but understand they have to outside. Hopefully you give them another shot.

The cook must of called out for the Ron white show at the ocean. Only to fined out Ron white canceled too.

You made the right decision with the burger patties, they were raw not medium. The tater tots look good. Give them another chance because the waitress was nice and they removed the raw food from the bill.

Hey Jeff, I never knew that place was there. The other side of that parking is The Irish Pub on St.James Place. Good food at a cheap price and open 24 hours. I use to go there after work at 6;00 am. Oh, to be young again. Thanks for the vid.

@@mafatone oh, what a shame. I went to Brass Rail, too, back in the day; it's always fun when you go to bed knowing things 'keep going on' and you could get up and go to the bar if you wanted.

If it's a new place I would give them another chance. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for new places to find their mojo.

@@NuYawk you gotta see Irish Pub at Christmastime. No room left for any more decorations! Food could be better, but prices Wow! It was always a steal, before the pandemic; hope they could manage to keep the prices down. I love that Super 8 Motel you passed; very clean, free breakfast; never had a problem and the rate was down right fantastic; it's my go-to hotel, as well as Howard Johnson's down the street (their restaurant at HoJo's is great!) Liquor store, always important for my visit to AC, is across the street and has some great deals, compared to NY City prices! Love those Tastykake Butterscotch Crumpets

@@richardhales92 I've been eating Butterscotch Crumpets since I was a kid! I used to dunk them in hot chocolate. Now that I'm a big boy I dunk them in coffee! WAWA has them for a crazy low price, like a box of six packages 2/$5 (something like that).
