They don’t. He talkin to city counsel, so he has to make it NOT look random so the club don’t close. That would look bad in the chief.

Maybe because the suspect fired at one individual and not anyone else. Going into a crowded club and only one was shot. Notice the media never reported any other victims that were shot there.

Bet the physical confrotation was over stupid shit,why can't we just get along and diffuse situations?
