Great video. Luv you 2. So adorable. Stay Blessed.
I've heard great things about Poor Calvins👍🏽👍🏽
I believe that’s the infamous park where Richard Jewell was on assign patrol and saw that backpack that exploded during the Olympics ceremony 💥
Great video! All the restaurants looked great! Safe Travels! Have fun!
Most likely a server error where someone grabbed the wrong steak. I would have definitely said something because nothing beats a rib eye steak. Love your videos!!! Merry Christmas!!!
Enjoyed the video guys 👍😘👍!!
You recover nicely from a red eye, Lisa. And love your Christmas themed opening art. And love the humor. Balls. And love the video.
My dudes!! Making my Sunday bright! Thank you for the new adventure today
Next time in ATL, go to Fox Bros. BBQ. Also to Six Feet Under (amazing seafood!). Visit Oakland and Westview Cemeteries. AND... ATL is home to a real deal Trader Vic's! Don't sleep on that, y'all! ATL loves Bill & Lisa!
That Tai curry seafood dish looked amazing. Always enjoy your food reviews. Thanks.
You Get the Freddie freeman Ferris wheel section. Atlanta centennial park 1996 Olympics the duck and the scallops look good. Bbq looks good .

Another amazing video… you guys are missing out big time in not having visited the Roswell, Alpharetta, and even Marietta/Cobb areas. You’ve been as far afield as Macon and South Carolina, but you’re missing some of the most amazing tourist spots just 30 min north. Cities like Roswell have rich Civil and even Revolutionary War histories, but also some of the most eclectic dining experiences in Metro Atlanta.

So true. People forget that Georgia was a MAJOR Revolutionary War state. In fact, a TON of our 159 counties are named for Revolutionary War heroes. We gotta all get together and treat Bill & Lisa to some north Ga. delicacies!

My hometown.
Aw, man! I'm HERE in ATL! If I'd have known y'all were coming to my hometown, I'd have taken y'all to some AMAZING local joints! Next time, let a fan know! Y'all rock! ATL and the South loves y'all!
Yep salivating!!😋Another great vlog❣😍

Hello Christine!
Atl has great spots... Even if happy with steak I definitely would have spoke to manager major difference between those cuts eventhough probably priced similar especially with today's prices and Atl definitely less than Vegas or SoCal. Brunswick stew was a game stew in the day rabbit and squirrel as this dish is only like 3-4 southern states. The ones I tried in my travels throughout the south made with chicken some places use potatoes some tomato broth is thinner or thicker. I think when getting in most places they use all leftovers and perishables they need to get rid off. If I don't know who made and ingredients used I'm gonna Pass-adena.

Brunswick Stew is made from hog head. At least, where I come from which is an hour from Atl( south).
You need to make a video of centennial park at night. Magical. You also need to try OK Cafe in Buckhead.
You're so dang sweet; but bill I'm with you...I would've asked" where's the beef", ribeye is not the same as ny strip; I even argue with my filet mignon loving daughter ...ribeye best cut😉🤣🤣🐂
Luv the artwork intro👍😻. I’m officially hungry for seafood now, LoL😆. Now, I wanna taste double fried fries. Bill is gonna have a good time at dinner all week. Thanks for the awesome video guys. Happy holidays 🎄🍸😎
GREAT VIDEO THANKS
Glad you guys had some great food. That's a real spare rib @ 22:41. The usual short "St Louis style" ribs leave off the best part of the rib (so they can sell "rib tips"). Bill knows what he's doing. :-) I'm lucky to have so many rib joints in OKC, and most all serve ribs slow smoked with rub...none of that sticky sauce. They offer several sauces on the side. That's an excellent rib joint where you're at. Glad you got to be together despite school. Safe travels...

the lichee drink looks bomb and refreshing.
The sweet and sour duck looked interesting. Seems it would be a popular combination. Will need to keep an eye out for it
Brunswick stew is delicious with a little added hot sauce or tabasco. 🥰
Welcome to Atlanta. Wish you would go to our large farmers market we have here. Buford Hwy Farmers Market with a Restaurant, City Market , Dekalb Farmers Mkt check them out if you have time.
Bill really knows how to hold a rib 😀
I totally understand! To people our age 1996 seems like 5 years ago! ☺️ That steak looks more like a rib cap?
@billandlisa

Was no rib cap, pretty sure NY strip. And yes, time goes into overdrive after 40. lol
Just booked a trip to Atlanta for July. Had seen Poor Calvin’s reviews on yelp, turn to KZread and of course you guys have been there. Looks good but I am thinking we will be looking for a more classic southern food spot. Smoked wings looked really good at Pit Boss. Bummer about that steak.

I hope they adjusted your price for your steak dinner since it wasn't a ribeye?? Lisa, I really like how good you describe the food and taste. That's what it's all about. PS: Happy Birthday Bill!!!!!!! Melaney from SoCal

I would have probably sent the steak back, & order something else. I’m not fond of the New York strip. Also, Peel n eat shrimp in all that sauce??? 🤷🏽♀️ I would have dug into it anyway! Lol

@@billandlisa HI Bill, I'm 72 years old & was just teasing. You & Lisa are my very favorite Vlogers. I look forward to every video. Take care of each other & stay safe.
I would have said something about the steak…hope you did. That’s very disappointing and not a good practice to just substitute without asking you if it was ok.
It's pronounced (lee chee) southeast Asia fruit
Is Cajun food your favorite?

We like all kinds, but Asian foods are up there.
I hope you let the restaurant know they gave you the wrong steak.
frozen fries are already fried once, so these are double fried. you double fry a raw potato for the best french fry; these are not fresh product.
Food look delicious as always especially those wings 😋. Can I get a bday shoutout for my mom Roxane her bday is 12/1 thanks 😊
I savor every bite with you both😋.🍑
