Ha! Found it. Thank you for making a reaction video on this song. From 00:07 to 00:15 on screen, is the man, the myth, the legend Atif Aslam himself. Yes, he played (acted as) the protagonist in the drama serial besides singing the title song for it, totally nailed both things. This series was a story of a remote tribal area in the northwest of Pakistan, its people and traditions. Yes, there was a murder (Atif's character's father gets killed when he was a child and growing up Atif's character idolizes him to be a great man only to find out later that he wasn't even a nice person - let alone a great man and that makes him breakdown and lose control at 04:53) and then later the same person tries to kill Atif's character the same way too. Anyway, yes the story was pretty twisted and wasn't a simple tale of romantic love. The end was tragic. But the main highlights were Atif's acting as singing (as ever). Because from 04:11 to 05:08 in the video, you just don't hear Atif's voice anymore; you hear his soul! The last couple of lines "Usey zakhm sy mili roshni" seem to be inspired by Rumi's "'The wound is the place where the Light enters you" ❤
