That's a solid amount of time to study. You're going to do great!

I wished I could have did the program I wanted back then bc none of this matter at the time when my mother started. No alcuplacers no teas.. She was an LPN but transitioned to RN.. Don’t no why they make it so hard to start college. Then u do so good by one number off still fail you. Smh you have to score exact score they want or higher. If you need 69 and got 68 you fail which is rediculous . Makes you feel discouraged not want to keep doing bc if u fail again, you must wait approximately 3 months start again and you must do whole testing over even if u passed science math so on from the beginning… I think that’s just insane.. But I am trying to do LPN once again and studying the Teas 7 edition that’s why I’m here and buy the book for more practice.. So I hope I am lucky this time around. They say don’t give up but so many fail attempts makes u want to. You come far passing everything else and then use one number off against you to say well it’s not good enough so to speak.. Really annoying!!

My first attempt was in December and I passed it for 77 points. I decided to do it again in January 😂 I was really surprised that I got only 74 for math and 69 for English reading part. It wasn’t hard …

Watched the entire video and i could not recommend it more! All the answers were explained well, my only question is on the one with the nutrition label. " Fatima is attempting to confine her diet to products low in sodium. How much of the product should she eat". The explanation said the product is considered low at 5%. I don't see anywhere in the picture where it gives us that information.

I feel so slow in my mind. 😅 I need to study so much without the stress. I need to relearn science, math, reading, and english and language usage. it's been a decade since I was educated. can you please recommend me those subjects so I can study?

Yes, within the section yes. Once you leave the section you can't go back.

I did mine today, the reading aspect was hard. The comprehension was too long and no enough time to answer the questions.

Reading can be challenging for a lot of students and you're right about the test being timed is a challenge. We like to point out to students that the score report in our timed practice tests also time. you on each individual question so you can start to get an idea of the types of questions and the topics that you are taking too long on, one you identify something like finding the main idea of a sentence is taking you longer than it should, you can then focus on that topic by studying it more or doing more questions in the question bank. Are you able to use the score you received or do you plan to take the test again?

@@SmartEditionAcademy I couldn’t use it because it’s low. I’m planning to take it again soon. The school that I applied for needs 60% in reading and math.

Where was it explained a nutrient less than 5% the daily intake is considered low. Question number 24 about Fatima and low sodium is confusing because it doesn't say this information anywhere on the page

Since it is 5% =5/100 which is a small fraction. The percentage of daily values in nutrients indicates how much of your daily recommended intake of that nutrient is.

How is the purpose to persuade? if anything she is informing people on violence and how it is not appropriate. She does not use keywords that you would normally find in a persuasive piece...

Starting a persuasion piece with your qualification of knowledge such as “As a parent” shows that it is from her opinion. She ends the piece with a statement to the effect of “it should be up to each parent what their children should be safe to watch” instead of statistics.
