You can use any salt.... But if you can use rock salt that will be better .....

You can use salt as an alternative .

I would guess you could e.g buy bird sand or similar (or get sand for making sement), then to be sure it’s free of dirt and impurities, wash it well, then rinse and dry it in the oven. Then you can probably use it many times, I mean, it’s just very small stones, you shouldn’t need new ones every time... 😊

Problem kya hua apka..... salt mein bhi acha hi hota hai... aap phir se try karo jaroor hoga ... salt/sand ko pura garam kar dijiyega.... phir roast karna... hoga... pehle thoda thoda leke try karein acha hoga... waste bhi nahi hoga... yeh process mein bhi try kijiyega . Dhanyabad ....☺️☺️☺️

High flame pe hi karna.. beech beech mein chalate rahiyega.... agar aapko laga ki aanch jyada ho gaya hey ya phir peas/peanut burn ho raha hey tabhi gas ko low kar dijiyega .Han peas ko sirf dhodene ke baad... salt and turmeric (pinch of )add karke 5-6mins ke baad hi roast karke dekhiye.. thoda sa try kaein phir bhi koi problem hoga to boliyega .Iss baar ho jayega ...

Nahi hoga toh waise hi koi kadai mein kar lijiega... lekin itna acha nahi hoga.... ho sake toh sand lekar ekbar try kijie... Please.... dekhna .... market ki tarah hi hoga :)
