    EVs are very similar to buying an used Mobile. You need to consider it's battery cycles and how well it was maintained by previous owner and what kind of charging percentage he followed etc., If you know the history of the vehicle and it's battery maintenance, then go ahead. Else I wouldn't recommend it.
