Athena Calderone might be synonymous with her Instagram handle, @eyeswoon, but there’s a wealth of knowledge behind her expertly-curated feed. As an author and creative, Calderone has carved out respect within the industry for her keen design eye and ability to explain complex design concepts to a large audience. Now, she’s going to share one of her favourite pastimes, cooking. This virtual cooking class will be hosted inside Calderone’s exquisite marble-clad kitchen and will see the entertaining expert delve into one of her favourite recipes, all the while giving us a glimpse into her enviable life.

also, given that this was originally a middle eastern dish, people in the middle east would laugh at the prep work and final dish.
