Precisely!!! That's why religious evangelists and apologists have to pick out people like this guy who don't necessarily know how to argue for atheism in the best manner. Then they pretend that the entire atheist movement is like that, and they use that to slander the atheist movement. These arguments about Mao and Stalin were already addressed by atheists decades ago, but evangelists and apologists continue to pretend otherwise because they know they don't have any good answers, and instead, they resort to slander.

@@crazedmaniacalkitty9554 Well, thank you for not being d"ckhead then. As for good argument between theists and atheists they are few and far between. When a Christian tells you you're wrong, even if you don't agree with what they believe, at least some of them are actually concerned for your wellbeing. There's a practical purpose and justification for it. Atheists who tell theists they are wrong are usually doing it for the har har I don't believe in fairy tales I'm better than you. It's usually a self serving motivation. I've never had someone who goes out of their way to let me know 'Your God doesn't exist' who has any good intentions by it. SOME atheists are genuinely curious in other people's perspectives and finding wisdom in even things they don't disagree with. THAT kind of person is incredibly rare and that's not just exclusive to theistic topics. People like that in general just almost don't exist. Getting a curious atheist and well meaning theist together for an honest discussion is not something that happens very often.

@@kdlev4903 1st, that kid doesn't speak for me, an atheist. 2nd, the guy in the blue shirt is leaving out a whole bunch of details and is actually responding to a different question/claim than previously claimed altogether. Thanks to this cherry picked declaration, the numbers are skewed. He is making up his own interpretation of an atheists claim on religion just like "christians" do for the bible. The claim, is that religion is responsible for most murders. What it really means, is that people that BELIEVE IN RELIGION OR GOD has killed more people than atheists as well as killed "in the name of religion." Which, is 100% accurate. But christians don't answer regarding this context. They respond and argue a totally different concept and claim altogether. They respond to the claim from atheists using their own misinterpreted context. They are responding to the claim of "in the name of religion." ... Majority of deaths are caused by someone that IS religious, versus deaths caused by someone who IS an atheist. Theists misinterpreted claim would have to also apply to atheists that kill "in the name of religion." Again, theists using different stats that are irrelevant to the atheists claim. This guy and many other religious fanatics are using the "in the name of religion" statistic. That means only a small percentage of people that killed people by stating "in the name of." Which is also misleading because that stat, is only using this misleading claim for all wars and deaths for being the ONLY reason or only the top and #1 reason for "killing in the name of" religion, which also needs to be added to people being murdered, tortured by Stalin that killed "people of religion." Which counts as "because of religion." And I'm sorry, but I feel like these religous people who argue atheists credibility for claims is a tactic to further push more misleading agenda onto ignorant people. Like, why are Christians using arguements to promote their "belief" as just a recruiting tool. Its kinda cheap to use lack of religion to justify religion. Again, I get it, but to me, they justify it to keep their religion growing and attempt to cut off religous people from any and every claim that could turn a Christian into an atheist, which the bible and Christians deem to be some sort of heroism "warriors of god" to keep people Christian. I do understand but I full heartedly disagree with this theist tactic. If any of you wanna actually talk to an atheist, instead of inappropriately attacking atheists using small out of context arguements to justify religious beliefs, or if anyone just has any questions in general about atheism, then just reply or contact me.

@@gueroguero9574 You, an atheist, try to infer so many things to do with harm, but, your view is atheistic materialistic naturalism, in which everything just is, and there is nothing to call moral or immoral, good or bad, right or wrong. You have no argument, no moral foundation by which to make any moral judgement. You try to broadly stroke all believers of all religions, as all being one and the same, which is highly ignorant and intellectually dishonest, not to mention hypocritical, since you are making up stuff about religion, showing the sheer ignorance and lack of knowledge, by your inability to understand what 'God' means. In your atheistic mind that cant fathom eternal being God, thinking solely in materialistic terms, you try to claim God as limited finite dependent on the universe to exist, when actual definition for God is infinite eternal always having existed, which mean existence independent of the universe, no origin. After which, dishonest disengenuine atheists like you, keep asking about the origing of God, when clearly stated and defined, that God has no origin. Eternal infinite God, is only in Christianity, only in Christianity is it eye witnesses that wrote down what they saw, The Bible is reliable and consistent over long time different languages and multiple authors, there is 6,000 manuscripts to back it up. You want atheism to be portrayed in a positive light, so, you make the claim that religion has murdered the most, which you are unable to do, since murder implies unjust taking of life, and as established, there is no morality in atheism, therefore you cannot claim andy taking of life as wrong. You want to shoe Christianity into your umbrella accusation against religion, having no knowledge or understanding of Christianity, hence why you broadstroke it as the same as Islam, wich is vastly different and complete opposite. Islam = Muhammad = Allah (Satan/deceiver) = worship of death. Whereas Christianity = Jesus = God = sharing of The Gospel in love. Islam = one "god"(deity) that is one person with origin. Christianity = one God that is three persons without origin, always having existed and always will exist. Listen, this is not about any "recruiting" or "agenda", it is about eternity, your soul. There is origin to physical matter that is winding down, physical matter could not have come into existence by itself, it has a cause that is timeless, spaceless, and immaterial, that is God. Since God created the universe, He is author and authority, of creation, and can do with it what He wants. God is fully love, fully good, fully righteous, fully just. God created beings with free will, being loving, this means, choice, option, ability to decide going against God. Since forcing others would be unloving, there must be a place for those wanting to be apart and separated from God, that is Hell. None of us deserve Heaven, but by repenting, believing and trusting in Christ Jesus, God allows us entry into Heaven, through Jesus. God, Jesus, paid for all our sins, any who wish to receive Him, can have everlasting life, while all who deny reject and refuse Him paying for their sins, will be granted everlasting death. You want to believe, that Christians are indoctrinated, that there is no possible way any person would stay or choose to be Christian, since you in your bias and prejudice, view believers as lesser and inferior, which speaks to the sheer arrogance and ignorance of atheists. I'll have you know, that I am a former atheist, and it was not due to any "indoctrination" or "brainwashing". I started seeing my then worldview, as wrong, flawed, because God spoke to me, as He speaks to all willing to listen with open mind and heart, in thoughts, emotions, feelings, that are not of yourself. From this, I started reading for myself, rather than holding to the nonsensical foolish ideas atheists hold about God, and Christianity made all the more sense, and so I finally decided to believe in God. No one is forced to stay Christian, being Christian means being in a personal relationship with God, only by God savingly/intimately knowing us, are we saved, anything else is false and man-made. It is not something that "works", I choose to believe and trust in God, because I recognize myself as a sinner, in need of God's saving grace. With there being a cause, problem of good, problem of evil, problem of information, Christianity is the logical sensible rational choice. From online atheists, have seen very little of this supposed "intelligence" and "intellectualism" of theirs, cause what I've seen from them (and you) is foolish and ignorant words, that shows you lack basic understanding and comprehension for Christianity, The Bible, and God. If you want to actually learn, to actually understand, rather than just parrotting and regurtitating false beliefs from atheist echo-chambers, feel free to reply.

During the beginning of his political career, Hitler publicly expressed favorable opinions towards traditional Christian ideals, but later abandoned them.[1][2] Most historians describe his later posture as adversarial to organized Christianity and established Christian denominations.[3][4] He also criticized atheism.[5] - wikipedia

Bad example. Hitler killed so mamy people because he was fanatic nationalist. And not Hitler killed the people, the normal soldiers did and most of them were religious. After all, god is almighty and he did nothing to stop this. When he created the world, he knew that this will happen and he still created the world in this way. Is he sitting in the sky and feels pleasure from our pain. There is no other explantion for it. As a loving god i would have created a better world.

Never been angry, or wanted to hurt someone that hurt you? These are all sins punishable by death. Not according to me, but according to our maker. He sets the rules, and our very justice system is modeled after His. If I got a speeding ticket and went before a judge. And I said, your honer. I'm a good husband, I'm a good father. I work in the food lines on the weekend, helping the poor. Can't you just let me go? What would he say? He would say that is all great, but someone has to pay for your fine. Jesus stepped in and paid that fine. "All fall short, no man ever really followed Me, or truly wanted to." It is His will that none should parish. But He will simply not force us into His presence. We have free will. And he is in our very DNA. You know it, I know it. It is a matter of humbling ourselves. "Blessed our those that fear the Lord." The Greek translation of fear is honor, respect, acknowledge. I'm not judging you, I have no opinion, I do not even know you. But rest assured, you will stand before Him. Ask him as sincerely as you can to reveal Himself to you, and He will.

It’s so sad that so many people will be standing outside heaven’s gates one day to suddenly find out HELL is real! I pray everyday that I go to heaven for eternity. The thoughts of living eternity in Hell is overwhelming!

It’s easy to get fired up but we should pray for this young man that he may find the love and forgiveness of God through Christ. I too was once a scoffer and an avid critic of Christianity. We all fall short of the glory of God, and no one is deserving of His grace but he gave it to us anyway. Forgive Him God, because he knows not what he does.

Which is exactly why he proves him wrong . Loving someone is speaking the TRUTH to them. We as Believers need to overcome evil with good …..I’m so thankful someone loved me enough to Speak the Truth to me 4 yrs ago. Too many Christian’s I knew were silent 😢 Interesting you use the word scoffer, because in Proverbs, God actually tells us to stay away from those people that He will deal with them Himself. Kudos to this preacher for even talking to this man.

Mao Tse Tung (or Mao Zedong) (or Mouth Say Tongue) of course didn't kill _anyone_ in the name of atheism, and neither did Stalin. (Hitler's religious beliefs were questionable to say the least.) He was an atheist. He killed people. The street preacher fails to show any connection between the two. A parallel statement: Hitler and Stalin both had moustaches. Hitler and Stalin both murdered people. Therefore moustaches lead to murder. Nonsense, right?
