Oxide Pigments, like red oxide. They are mixed with cement.

Please l am from Ghana..l want to do cement tiles....teach me where to get the colours and the processes of mixing the colours. Thank you

yes but high pressure pressing machines are very expensive. It would push the price of the tiles. Current they sell for 50 cent (USD) and using expensive machines will push the price higher.

Although it looks very pleasant to eyes due to great patterns, it's very brittle easily gets lots of scratches and cracks even with everyday regular wear and tear, I had to replace this thing just after 2 years. This industry is dying due to lack of innovation from the makers to create a durable product.

It happens when manufacturers use cheaper cements to cut costs. Currently vitrified tiles are becoming cheaper so makers have no choice than to cut costs and hence poor product quality and life. My parents house use these tiles and its been over 40yrs and the tiles are still shinny and smooth.

Nice but, uhh, the finished tile is never shown with any detail. Totally the prices was covered however I wanted to see a few examples.

They use waste oil sourced from vehicle repair shops. You can use any oil as its just to keep the frame from sticking to the cement.

Mix 3 parts cement and 1 part oxide colors with water (as need to get the consistency needed).

The color gives the building another color please Message me
