The Ateneo de Manila is proud to be part of the first cohort of colleges and universities worldwide that have made an institutional commitment to participate in Pope Francis’ 7-year journey towards integral ecology. Ateneo de Manila is excited to journey with other universities and add our voice to the chorus of responses to the Pope’s call to hear the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor. We have made Integral Ecology a Strategic Priority. In this reflection video, we share our starting point on this journey, from our unique angle of vision, rooted in our experiences and aspirations as a leading Filipino, Catholic, and Jesuit university based in Metro Manila.
