    Awesome! I had one spot left in the garden, you’ve convinced me to buy an atemoya! Just picked up a Geffner and will start to graft different varieties to it 😂

    First couple I bought at A local nursery. But now a day, you can buy them on ETSY and get them delivered to your door. Find the cheapest price and buy.

    Very nice - did you and pollinate them? My Pinks Mammoth has one but is quite difficult to pollinate but have a Cherimoya of similar size on in ground tree but summer didn't happen here last year si didn't try hard.

    Thank you. Everything was hand pollinated. What variety is your cherimoya. I only have atemoyas and sugar apple in my garden.

    Got them at mimosa nursery is Los Angeles for around 90 dollars each. This is their website. www.mimosala.com/?gclid=CjwKCAjwmbqoBhAgEiwACIjzEMfmS1UF1TwzIoxvA4c_Izc_xdm57c4ObLT7JUNoCPrKtuf9NlLZIhoCEp4QAvD_BwE They also have Etsy.com link is below. www.etsy.com/shop/StylabBeauty Their prices are very reasonable. If I were you, I’d would buy on Etsy and have it delivered right to your door. It may cost a bit more but very convenient.

    How is Linstrom atemoya taste? I bought one atemoya tree last year from nursery, they told me Lisa atemoya (this was the one I wanted to buy). But after one year , the fruit came out not Lisa but different kind of atemoya 😢😢😢. Someone told me it was lindstom atemoya. I want to know if lindstrom atemoya worth to grow? Thank you.

    Lindstrom is decent. It’s not as sweet as the Lisa, gefner or AP and the meat is not chewy. It’s pretty refreshing if you chill the fruit before eating. What you can do now is graft other varieties onto your Lindstrom.

    How do you fertilize your tree???

  • @thenoobgardener

    @thenoobgardener

    9 ай бұрын

    U use synthetic 16-16-16 general fertilizer from homedepot. I used to use organic compost but it was too much work to dig up the soil every time. I fertilize once in the spring after they come out dormancy, one more after pollination and fruit set and then every 3 months until I harvest.

    Not yet, I don't really have space for more atemoyas. What I'll properly do is buy scions and graft them onto my existing trees this coming spring. Looking to buy 3 new varieties this coming spring.
