Now this is a true lesson worth learning for kids of the modern day 😉 instead of telling them to try and exceed everyone in being different (and who knows what that means) or telling them to rebel against societal norms (which, if the norms are good and based off morality then bad idea to change them) it's a song about humility, and that being cool usually involves being someone people can respect, even your enemies will respect you if you're good hearted and righteous, and won't stand for any ridiculous illogic. There's nothing wrong with good traditions, tradition just means something that was passed on, and if it's worked for this long then why break it now? People are intrigued by traditional stuff anyway. Instead of trying to see how many fashion rules you can break at school or at home, or see how much skin you can show (like somehow that's cool 🙄) why not try to do something good and selfless with your life, pure and noble for God.
