Depending on what the meal is. I eat one meal a day and that's breakfast [not counting snacks]. It's just that my sleep schedule is mess up because I sleep during the day and not at night. So basically stay up all night have a snack [a single bag of chip or my favorite cookies/crackers at 3 or 4am] then around 7-9am have breakfast and be ok until I go to sleep.

At least he have 3 meal a day. So it not bad. If you think about how much food they have during one meal, I looks like a lot. As long as he eats enough to keep up his engery levels, he should be good.
