I thought I was the only one that notice that a part of the Choreography are the same asnthe others so is some of the lyrics as we'll 😅❤ that's why ATEEZ is zpeacial

Another connecting choreo is when they spell out ATEEZ. I’ve seen it is Treasure, Precious, and This World (you show it during your last San example in this video). I think it references the “Say my name, ATEEZ” lyrics and lore when they return to Strickland to save Yeosang from captivity and they send that message through Morse code to Left Eye and the Black Pirates in their bunker to signal their return.

I noticed (and have read somewhere too) that Yeosang hand join represent the ATEEZ logo in The World series (you can see more clearly on 7:20). And the logo and the hand resembles an eye, so it kind connects with the first one too, the eye thing they have going on (Open your eyes, eyes in the sky...)

I haven’t seen anyone say that but I did notice that the shape of the logo appeared behind him on the led screen in a couple of performances which makes me think that it’s an accurate interpretation

I live for their connected lore that may even be in their choreo, but I would like to take a moment to credit Yunho's live vocals, my boi was going off. They all sound great but for some reason Yunho's sounded so stable while doing intense moves and choreo.

some idols make steps that connect the lyrics and i really like this connection between different choreographies

This is so interesting but also so hilarious 'cause I don't think even Ateez or KQ themselves take the lore so seriously. Anyways here are my theories: 1.) I feel like the Yeosang's hand join represents their cromer. Like, that's what it looks like. I'll have to watch th MVs again to theorise more. 2.) Hongjoong, Seonghwa and Yunho started this rebellion in their universe as we know from one of their show (fever road available on their channel) so: i.] The Yunho tossing the choreo to San feels like him giving a certain responsibility to San, hence why he 'sacrifices' himself so many times. Maybe the plan they have made involves something pretty risky and San found out about it so he has taken the responsibility of completing it since Hongjoong, Seonghwa and Yunho are important to this rebellion and they can't just sacrifice themselves. Yk like that one fav side character who has to die in every YA dystopian novel. ii.] I also read a theory that Wooyoung (and also Mingi but that is unrelated) kind of has like contact with the dark side or darkteez so maybe the Seonghwa and Wooyoung choreo is Seonghwa trying to convince him to not have contact with darkteez or trying to help him let go of them sort of? It could also be that Seonghwa is trying to hold Wooyoung back in a manipulative type of way like by emotional blackmail instead of using force. Idk much about the lore myself but I am having very much fun making these stupid theories with the half knowledge i have about their lore lol.

To be honest I noticed that before even saw this video but I did say earlier but I am so happy that I not the only one who noticed that let us keep supporting them and cares for them we are so grateful to be a fan of ateez they work so hard to be are they are so cool and powerful voice and dance It still makes me feel better and excited about it I am from Guyana I love watching everyone and everything I also like to say thank everyone for notice it too just like me 😁😁😁😅❤❤❤❤❤

I noticed some things and others I didn't! I remember watching Paradigm and thinking "Oh, Hongjoong's eye from Say My Name!", I didn't connect it with Seonghwa in Inception (which is super ironic because 1) Hwa is my bias, 2) Inception was my first comeback as an atiny and 3) I VOTED for Inception because I was so mesmerised with the choreo) The Seonghwa+Wooyoung hands and Yunho to San dance... as Dr Doofenschmitz once said "Wow, if I had a nickel for every time , I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice." San sacrificing himself has been a consistent theme for so long that someone must be a baby atiny to not recognize this... also wasnt it explained in the album diaries? Or am I confusing it with something else...? Someone mentioned Hongjoong writing ATZ and I was surprised it wasn't here! He has done it in at least 3 or 4 choreos by now and I love the consistency.

Hwa is my bias too! Yeah, for those, they seemed a little flimsy, I'll admit. But they were ones that I noticed and wrote down months ago. I grew a little attached to them, I'll admit. I don't know if San's sacrificial role has been explained. I've noticed Hongjoong writing ATZ or ATEZ in 2 different choreos. This world and Treasure/Precious. I think it was probably a mistake not to include it. But everything is a work in progress. I appreciate the kind and thoughtful comment.

SICK VIDEO!! I honestly need to start rewatching stages and music videos so I can notice this stuff too lol also you probably made this video before not okay came out, but I think that mv could be added to the list of San sacrificing himself/being trapped?

Thanks! I was thinking about including it, but wasn't sure about it. Especially since at the end, it had Mingi and Seonghwa being trapped as well, which meant it was out of the norm for the standard I'd set for that category. But it was in the running.

i've always wanted to go through all of ateez's mv's and dance practices to try and find connections between choreos and and notice reocurring objects, themes and try put them in an order that makes sense to me as well as looking at lyrics and analysing making links im also an arty type so i've been planning on making little paintings for each mv with the vibes and all sorts as a sort of fun project ive just never had the time cause im so busy:( hopefully ill be able to do it at some point but this video is honestly perfect to satisfy my want to do all this 😭

I'm not sure if the touching palms choreo is only significant if it's Wooyoung and Seonghwa, but in the choreo for Wake Up that can be seen in the recent TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER in SEOUL stages and in the BB Trippin choreo video for Wake Up, there's a point at the beginning where Wooyoung and Yunho touch palms, creating the same mirror-like image. In all three songs, it's Wooyoung singing the line when they are touching.

That was a revolutionary video ❤

Great analysis! I’d like to add that the hip movement from the chorus in “Answer”, reappears in “Crazy Form” during the second part of the chorus. I could be wrong, but it also looks like San sacrifices himself when he falls back in the live performance of “Wonderland”.

I know what you mean! And it just occurred to me that “The Real” is also connected to both “ Bouncy” (with the pinching of spices in the intro), and “Crazy Form”. The arm movement in Hongjoong’s “geondeulgeondeul” in “The Real” looks a lot like Yeosang’s “take it take it” in “Crazy Form”.

@@FireGurlZ I actually have a list of choreo that's used in multiple songs (other than this video), and The Real, Bouncy, and Crazy Form are on it for different things. Also Thanxx and Black Cat Nero. I just like how they reuse things or make them better. I'm not sure how it'll fit into a future video, but I'll get to them at some point.

Does anyone know if Ateez lore and Xikers lore are connected? I just saw their media showcase performances for “We Don’t Stop” and “Red Sun”. In each choreo I saw small references to “Halazia” and “Say my Name”.

I haven’t seen the choreos for this comeback but I have seen the iconic head spin move that Xikers does in Tricky House used in other Ateez choreos, most recently in Not Okay. But I don’t know Xikers’ lore other than that they’re goblins.

Which performance was 2:57-3:00? I know it's inception but where were they performing? Mnet?
