I remember watching their scream in silence video where Seonghwa was describing ‘Adore U’ (by SVNTN) and said who’s our favourite sunbaenim? Seonghwa being the Carat he is meant SEVENTEEN, but Woo just straight up shouted “BANGTAN SONYEONDAN SUNBAENIM” excitedly. 😂 Truly the biggest ARMY fanboy. Also I love how after that round Seonghwa just stood up and aggressively shouted A-DORE-YOU while doing the choreo LMAO. Wooyoung and Jimin NEED to meet in real life. I got into kpop with bts but now my ults are ATEEZ

One of the things that I absolutely adore about Ateez is the fact that they don't let go of their own sound and presence. When a lot of groups cover songs, they keep the song the same. But Ateez stayed true to who they are and made BWL their own. They brought their own sound and flare to this song and the performance is better for it. Especially when you look at Hongjoong and Mingi. They are covering two of the most insane rappers in the industry, yet they down try to sound like Yoongi and Joon, respectively. Hongjoong and Mingi modified the parts to keep true to their style of performance. Ateez is truly one of a kind.

Wooyoung is the one who cover Jimin's part, he's a ARMY too and a Jimin stan Yeosang is the one who cover V's part both of them use to be Bighit trainees years ago but Yeosang left Bighit and joined KQ and Wooyoung also leave Bighit and joined KQ, and followed Yeosang,they are best friends during trainee days :)

KQ isn't the one who distributes their lines tho , it's the members . Yeosang is not really confident abt his voice that is why he has little lines .

ashley k I’m also an army so I have no bias when I say -those armys need to take several seats. Weren’t we the ones upset and defending BTS back when ppl were saying they were only using Big Bang for clout? When really BTS were just huge fans and were idolizing them?? It’s the same thing, we shouldn’t judge. ATEEZ is amazing and talented and do the best BTS covers but have their own original style as well. Ppl need to calm down

ashley k I know right!! Plus Wooyoung and Yeosang trained at bighit, they genuinely just respect them. 2019 was hard enough for kpop, we need to learn to stop spreading this hate. I became an Atiny at the beginning of this year and I don’t regret a second of it. Spread love, man 💜 lol

I can't forget the cover of BS&T they did in MAMA 2019.I was shocked to see their stage presence. From that day i started stanning ATEEZ and I don't regret it at all. They r performance kings.

Wooyoung is one the biggest BTS fanboys. Especially for Jimin. He’s not afraid to show it. ATEEZ In general has expressed their love for BTS. They are part of ARMY. So this opportunity to cover BTS honestly probably made them so happy and they probably practiced a lot.

And I reported at least 3 different ones. They do get removed. In that aspect KZread works better than other platforms

I don't think any real ARMY are saying anything negative about ATEEZ. If anything, it's people who truly can't stand that another artist is giving tribute to BTS and not their faves. WITH THAT BEING SAID: ATEEZ did a great job. I can see why there are a lot of people who stan them. One of the monster rookies for sure! Best of luck and much more success. rewatching this and i'm amazed at how well their voices fit the og song, every part was really chosen so the voice resembled the og, they did such a good job

I just started going through all ateez's performances. This is really exceptional. When you love a song and choreo, it shows in the performance. They were having fun, and consequently made a truly worthy cover.

Ok I still hardly accept the fact that mingi learnt the choreo only 8hours on the day before they perform the song 😂
