While I know you are likely joking, I have to be a nerd and "well actually" you here for the sake of those who may not follow Warhammer40k. Just about nothing in the 40k vs is original. Almost every faction, the majority of he stories. And even the base themes and "gods" pull from other sources. Now I understand no media is entirely original but 40k is built brick by brick from other inspiration. Past works re painted and molded into a new ish setting.

Why look for ancient horrors in the void when your command stores one in the hold without telling you

Love me a good Warhammer story and a good tyranid attack!

..........feels similar to a certain Space King Saga, but good stuff either way. Praise SOL!
