You miss the techs coming to the house, not finding the problems, having to call tech support to send another tech, and then another one, and then another one. You miss that?

QR code won't scan and says it's wrong. I tried to scan 3 different ones.

should tell you when setting up for a strong signal, but the app isnt working for me or scanning the QR code to register the modem, so im sol until app feels like working. fyi the help hotline is only available mon-fri 8-4pm central. so if you work schedule is like a regular person your screwed.

Ummmm......the face of it and light at the bottom is just gone. The power cord light indicator is green. But theres no wifi or internet and hasnt been for days. Been waiting for a replacement for a few days now......is there an internal battery for this or what? Its a holiday do i figured it would be here this week.

this internet is crap they told me my tower is 1 mile away and has a bad signal 50mpd download and the upload just give me 0 so i couldn't finish set up for bad signal

qr code does not work. phone is 4 hour wait. its awful!!
