If it was a cyber attack then it would target emergency services... It just targeted very few emergency services and regular everyday americans. it was 31% of americans while 69% had cell phone service.

No, that would have knocked gnss down at Dish, Verizon and any other tech company who's utilizing gps

I had AT&T, they had constant outages. Seems happens everytime they “update” their service. Seemed like every couple weeks it would just go down for minutes, or hours.

I noticed my service out at 4:30am after my dog woke me up to go out and the service didn't return until 12:20pm, 8 hours?

Any disruption in emergency services are significant to the ones needing their help

China or Russia or North Korea but nobody’s going to admit that.

Is it me or did anyone else see that pink light go from right to left over the lady about 22 seconds into this video?

I'm curious why an upgrade will caused shutdown. My understanding was when you are connected in network it remain connected just like upgrading your windows it remain active while your upgrading the software. The only possible shutdown if Russia or China inserted a bug on our internet provider.

When this happens again I hope that they triple patrols for first responders so that way the public has a chance to flag down help.

I don't trust the FBI button.
