Very good design and planning

Not possible for 75 lakhs. Its only possible if you have very very strict management so that money wont leak (like doing 3day work in 5 days) , coordinating all works at the same time and own shop for materials. Also house has very basic interior and its not premium According to him this house is constructed at the cost of 2000/sq.ft which includes both materials and labour.

Always what these people show in You tube is not true. Price will always be more. I'd this 75 lakhs then may be outskirts of Bangalore. Inside the city limits not possible.

How is that the constructor has not left any setback for the building. Is it legal to utilize the entire plot for contrustion without leaving any setback anywhere. What have they done under the first floor staircase?
