    Whenever I'm doing my circles, my feet hit the floor and it slows it all down. Am I letting my feet drag? What am I doing wrong?

    You may need to prop the mushroom up, in order to accommodate height. As a coach, I need to do this when I demonstrate for my boys classes.

    Work on side planks more, your oblique muscles need to pull you up where you are circling on a more horizontal plane.
