Dermaroller won't do much, the way you are using

Pls don't use it in sensitive dry skin .I tried it in the past and I'm bound to say it's the worst thing I have done in my face I got a lot of pores and holes plus hyperpigmentation and bleeding often. I also tried banisher 2.0 but it doesn't make much . Just a waste of money. After these I immediately consulted with my dermatologist and he told me that you should better do laser treatment and injection fill ups. Unless the holes and hyperpigmentation won't go away . So I did in 2023 around June after a long process it healed conversely I didn't get my previous skin .

No no you shouldn't use it every night. 3 times per week max! And also depend on the needle length if it is a long needle it is even better to use it 1 to 2 times a month

Frankly speaking if you want to see changes on your acne scar use 1,5 mm and do it rough till your face scar bleeds alot, put serum and don’t wash your face in a week you will see alot of difference
