However, there are people who do not have such skills or there is no guarantee of their using their skills in the abroad...Those people will suffer...and with age, their suffering will be magnified. If I am a high income earner @50 in Africa, I have no business going to live abroad. I should be wise enough to setup passive income that will fund my retirement and I can choose to travel abroad for vacation and see other opportunities to partake in...

But Africans work in your countries for those with jobs and develop Africa

@@felixbitrus2697 those areas are very competitive , you will be competing with young white graduates fresh out of some of the best universities in the UK (ie what they call Russell Group universities), high paying corporate jobs are reserved mainly for well educated whites who have attended the best universities (not the ones most African immigrants are going to)UK employers are always going to give priority to their own people over an African immigrant, also soft skills such as communication skills, personality , physical appearance will prevent the average African from blending in with work colleagues and the older you are the more difficult it will be to fit in. You will find that in most of the corporate jobs in the UK most of the employees all seem to graduate from the same schools.

The UK is a free economy. If you have value and they need you, they will give you job....I know many of our African brothers doing well in UK. They got their jobs direct from Africa
