Face keeps getting bigger
I totally respect him as an artist, but most of the time, I can't stand his voice. It has this whining, warbly type of sound, and it grates me the wrong way.

I beg to differ. To me, Josh Dally is one of the greatest vocalists in the world. I just simply can’t get enough of his voice.
Not bad, however, the vocals sound fairly modern. I guess you can't really fault the vocalist for sounding like they were born in the last 20 years or so... but overall not bad.

Josh has his own sound vocally and I can't think of anyone else he sounds like. I just know he sounds great. At 1980 is very unique in their own way.

@@gabrieladdison - There's nothing wrong with me preferring vocals that sound like they're from the period they're trying to emulate either. If you prefer something different that's fine, but trying to infer my opinion is invalid just because you don't happen to share the same opinion is not really polite. The vocals don't tend to fit the 80's in my view. If someone did a cover of your favorite 80's song, and it was almost a flawless recreation except the singer sung in a different style, you wouldn't care for it. So that's what I mean when I criticize modern vocals in a song that's trying to sound like it's from some period in the past.
