the AUDIO JACK is the best function in any gadget you will ever have.. you could connect to any speaker system specially the vintage ones

Bought one a week ago and I agree about keyboard and speakers. Speaker issue is not a big deal for me but the keyboard makes things harder when you type for more than 5 minutes

Bought one of these three weeks ago, and while watching you tube vids every night for several hours, I am having dropout problems with my blue tooth headphones. I know it is the laptop, as my other HP laptop that I use during the day, does not have any such problems. Apart from that, this is a fantastic computer.

I have a few questions 1:does it come with an activated windows? 2:can it run minecraft

Bought one w a 17.3" and 16gb ram about three weeks ago, got a great price under $500. I agree with the review. Keyboard does take getting used to although some video looks washed out. CPu performance w the i5 is great. The screen could be brighter though and the speakers are awful hollow sounding, the speakers on my 7 yr old HP Pavillion that this replaced are much better!

Assuming you are not using wifi you would need to get a USB to Ethernet dongle.

I'd wish for 8h batery life on my previous notebook Asus Vivobook (same as this one but with 11th gen i5) I got to 2-3 hours of just watching videos maybe this batery is expectionaly large but mine was 42 Wh or smth like that

There's the M1502 with a ryzen 7 4800H and 16gb of RAM upgradeable to 24gb maybe 40? Afaik which goes for under 500 dollars most of the time, it.might be worth reviewing, i will buy it soon and will tell my experiences with it, it definitively compromises everything for power though.

@@firashajji3974the performance? great the laptop itself? it's at best ok They also went for the cheapest crappy screen and since i am an artists that's no good Delightful upgrade from my old i5 6200u, 12gb of RAM and GT 920MX, but otherwise it doenst have much going for it, the USB-C doenst even have DP or even PD if i could i would have saved up to buy a new laptop but it was an emergency thing since the motherboard on my old one died imo only go for it if you absolutely have no more money but need a beefy CPU like the R7 4800H/HS

hi souloftech, i have a question about the led keyboard, i record audio but when after a couple seconds the led keyboard turns of like on suspend mode it takes some processor and makes a clipping, how can i get they keyboard always with the led on?? you would help me a lot

Hey! What is the wallpaper from the laptop and phone?

I bought a similar one (Model no F1502ZA-NB54) from Walmart Cyber Monday sale. The PC runs smoothly so far however I wished the screen was a little more bright. Moreover, there seems to be a yellowish tint (yellow/green colors more pronounced than red) on the screen and I am trying to figure out if that can be changed from the settings. The keyboard and the speakers doesn't seem to be too bad though though it would have been nice to have the backlit function.

well i use to had a old vivobook and it worked very well in roblox and some other games so i garruntee that it would work on valorant and some writing. but its more of a writing laptop but its still good for some gaming.

How is HDMI outdated?! Unless you meant they should've included a DisplayPort port instead...

It’s not HDMI it self but the fact it’s using version 1.4 which came out in 2009 and cannot support higher then FHD resolutions (at higher refresh rates)

It has probably the worst keyboard I've used. The keys are very uncomfortable compared to every other laptop I've used - they feel very hard to press and hurt your fingers after a while. I am making a lot of typing errors and it is slowing down my words per minute. The sound is also not great from the speakers. It's very low which makes you use headphones as it is difficult to watch videos or have team/zoom calls. The screen is not really bright - looks very dim. For the price, its just a budget laptop - invest in a better laptop

Thanks for your honest thoughts and feedback. The model shown here does in fact have HDMI 1.4. Of course it may not be reflective of all models. In any case you’re under no obligation to find my reviews meaningful. They help many but not everyone.

Bad keyboard

Very disappointed in this laptop. No sound and couldn't figure how to turn sound on. The display was terrible. Bought this to replace a ACER I have had for 5 years. Went back to using the ACER and no longer use the ASUS laptop

I know that 1 minute (which is skipable) may seem like an pain for you but it helps provide bread on the table and also helps provides funds to procure these costly machines so I can review them in the first place.

With 16gb it should be fine.

With great regret, I read your reviews after buying this laptop, namely X1502VA. If I have read your review earlier, I should have bought LG Gram 17" which is more advanced in terms of its configuration at roughly the same price. Totally agreed that the port come with Asus is a bit outdated as it does not come with USB 4.0 and thunderbolt like LG Gram. Also, LG Gram is using WQXGA which is much better and come with resolution of 2560x1600 and also its powerful battery life of 19.5 hours.

Sorry to hear your bad experinece with the Vivobook. Hopefully you can find some value in the machine! I agree the Gram is a great laptop when you consider just how thin they went with it.

@@LucienSabre The EU is going through the process of banning them as a directive to move everybody to USB-C, as OEMs are super slow to progress with the times.

@@LucienSabre They are also on laptops but delayed it a while due to waiting for the tech to catch up with USB-C power adapters. They will also get other IO banned. Many OEMs are moving towards USB-C only, like the Dell XPS 13+, Samsung, and others. It took 12 years for mobiles, so it won't happen tomorrow, but it is going to happen, so get used to it!

@@andyH_England I’m already using USB-C devices (laptop included) and have been for quite a few years now. And all the OEMs you mention who _switched_ away from their proprietary ports are ones who started that process long before Brussels enacted the law, and none of them has even remotely begun doing it in EU….because laptops are not included in the law for now - if I recall correctly laptops brands have still some years left before it becomes mandatory for them too. I know because I do live in the EU. :)

LMAO The language is called “Python” simply because - as explained in Python’s official docs - during the start of the language’s implementation the creator was reading some Monty Python scripts, and since he liked the name he decided to borrow it. ;) And btw, the definition of python states it’s *«a high-level general-purpose programming language»* (you can check that in like 2 seconds flat)….and programming languages are made by code. So yeah, I do know…whereas you clearly don’t. :)

He named it after Monty Python's flying circus to show how erratic his script would be.
