FAMU M100 has always been here/there, but its great to see more folks enjoying the music of the M100

Actually, everyone tries to look and sound like the M100. Dr Foster invited lots of the techniques used in modern marching bands today. You can read the history for yourself in the “Innovation of Technique” section here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_P._Foster

Why doesnt the Swac play updated songs when they drill?!.. most of those kids propbably werent even born then 🫤 FAMU will always be upper echelon when it comes to that.. Hubba FAMU for keeping up with the times 💚🧡 oh and being on beat

Yeah I think that's a Famu thing, cause other schools play THEN dance or they let the tubas and percussion play (rocking left and right) while the rest of the band dances

Looks like a band student overheated and passed out. The wheel chair was rolled up to place the student in it. It was hot that day and the sun is no joke at bragg!!! I can still remember the field burning my feet thru my shoes, lol!!!

@@QuasarAdventures Yes, I saw. There's only one video I've been able to find so far that shows the moment the Student went down. They were still blowing as they slipped away. Dedication. Salute to all the Staff that hurried to help. These are the things people don't talk about. Great job!

A lot of HBCU marching bands have a notion of fast march or double time. But the concept was invented by Dr Foster at FAMU. This is why FAMU is the most imitated band in the world.
