Well, he doesn't generally do it in a save situation, but when it's not a save situation--like today--you can pretty much bank on him giving up a homer. He has been excellent in save situations, though.

What makes you so sure it was intentional from either side? The Twins have won both series against the Astros this season, why would they be so scared of their lineup that they need to intentionally injure anyone? Twins have been winning just fine either way

Hader struggling, but bigger issue is Rafael Montero. He is horrible, unreliable, and needs to be let go NOW. Don't drag it on like Abreu. Cut your losses but don't let him continue to hurt the team. Release him ! ! ! !

When Astros lose the Mariners lose If Astros would of won 2 out of 3 we wpuld be tied for 1st place..watch moving forward when Astros win the the Mariners win also.. A 2 game Divisional lead will be hard to overcome.

Ok, so what happened to the blocking the plate rule? This is the second time that I have watched the Astros catcher in this serries block the plate. I thought that was now against the rules now. Guess it's just another "judgement" call allowing umpires more ability to dictate a game.

He IS a real closer. Hader has blown only one save this season. What he's NOT is a guy who can get the job done when it's NOT a save situation. For some reason, he only pitches well if it's a save situation.
