The Boynton Health Service Arts Program proudly presents video clips from Finding Harmony: Music & Mental Health-an intimate concert on 1/28/15 at The Whole Music Club on the University of Minnesota campus that featured local artists Adam Levy of the Honeydogs, Astronautalis, Manchita of GRRRL PRTY and members of Communist Daughter.
Mental illness and stress-related concerns are the leading public health issue at the University of Minnesota. This concert offered a unique opportunity to reduce stigma and raise awareness about resources on campus.
Because arts can help inspire confidence, nurture resilience, unlock opportunities and reduce stigma, they have to power to enable people to be their best selves.
