I've been planning on reading Atomic Habits for a while now, but was preoccupied with a few others. If I may, I'd highly recommend you the trio by Yuval Noah Harari. I think you'd enjoy those as much as I did. And I'll give the Atomic Habits a shot!

American diamond is a very common stone say 100-150 rs/ carat. It has only 10-15% effect

No. Lab created (truely lab-created) is the same as natural in the fraction of thee time. They both undergo the same process. lab-created in a fraction of the time. White Sapphire is the only Substitute.

Yes. However, white topaz is a semi-precious gem whereas white sapphire is a precious gem. So there will be a significant difference in their energy.

I am surprised you never spoke about Zircon, even though it's an excellent substitute for Diamond.
