Hello, thanks for the video. My CD30 mp3 burned and I ordered a cdc40 opera that is delivery mode. What do I need to do to pair it with my CID that is not in delivery mode and cannot unpair fro CD30 that is burned? 😮

Nice work! What if the CID and the HU are from different cars? I watched the tutorial about reading the code from the HU eeprom, but what about the display? How can I pair them? I want to make the same retrofit to my 08 GTC with CD30 MP3. Other than the navigation and the color display, is there any improvement in the audio quality? Thank you!

Hello! I also have an opcom but in menu on DIS not have activate theft protection or deactivate . This function is only on EHU! My opcom is clone from China! Do I need another software ? I need to pairing my new cd70 Navi with GID lcd from my car ! I have security code for my car and for cd 70 Navi! Can you help me?

Hi, i have problem that i bought othre CD 30 radio for my vectra c. And it shows on display message "display safe" what is problem? And how i can fix that. P.S. my first radio was broken.

You have to divorce your old radio from your car and display. Then you can marry the new radio to car and display. For all this to happen you have to know the Radio code for the new radio and your Car pass. Also you need Opcom.

Hello mate , great videos . I was looking for this for a long time. My op com does not have the anti thief options for the display and I would like to upgrade the screen. Is there another way to activate a replacement screen??

i fit cd70 navi instead of my cd30 ...why the electric climate control does not working...and the opcom works with OBD?? opcom its free???

You need to tell the CD70 and the new display that your car has ECC.

Здравей, а съм със CDC 40 opera и жълтия дисплей. Искам да си сложа цветния от CD70 Navi. Дали предлагаш услугата ( ще се плати ,разбира се) да ги свържеш там ( ожениш- разведеш ), понеже аз нямам OPcomp.

Здравей, става въпрос за Корса Д, но казуса е същия. Искам да сменя сегашния дисплей TID с GID, като запазя същото радио. Новия GID дисплей е разведен, но какво следва от тук нататък. Физическото монтиране е ясно. Трябва ми обяснение в повече стъпки как да разведа фабричния на колата от радиото и да оженя новия за радиото. Благодаря.

@@jordannedkov3258 За развеждането следваш стъпките от началото на моето видео. Но не мисля, че ти трябва. Освен, ако не искаш да продадеш стария си дисплей и да е разведен от колата. За самото оженване - ето една доста описателна темичка: www.opelclub.bg/index.php?showtopic=90010. И провери за някакви грешки или разминавания в Mid-speed and High-speed canbus configuration, че са супер капризни. И следи дали приема кодовете, че да не активираш излишни таймери и да чакаш.

After changing leds in the speedo the speedo is intermittent and sometimes don't light up and car won't start due to immobiliser. I have to unplug and plug the speedo back in multiple times and it will eventually turn on and car will start. But after locking car and immobiliser coming on the speedo stops working again and the car won't start. What is the problem plz

I'm pretty sure i have driven my car without the speedo and no issue to start it. The problem is more complex - maybe that speedo connector is making intermittent contact and generating error codes that are bugging the ECU. Why not remove the speedo and try to start it like that.

Iv Read that the speedo is a part of the immobiliser, and that the radio, screen and speedo are all paired and there's a chip soldered to the speedo board that passes all the info to the ecu about millage etc and holds a security code that needs to match all 3 for them to work properly but can be changed by tech 2

@@icku and its weird that it only stops working after you lock and leave the car and wait a min for the immobiliser to start working then unlock the door and the speedo should light up and turn off the immobiliser but most times it won't work but if I don't lock the door and just shut and open it or turn the ignition off and back on it always works 100% of the time. It seems that locking the door and setting the alarm/immobiliser is cutting it out (you maybe right about a short but only when the immobiliser is set) but why would it start working again by disconnecting and connecting the conector multiple times?

Hello again pal, thanks for your reply. what software version are u on?? i am on the 1.59 but it does not have the option to activate and deactivate the anti thief protocol for the display. is there anyway to do that ?? i have a GID display which i would like to install but i am getting the safe display message??

@@icku i have doing the same things but i see you have not deactivated the cid display in first time same i try a couple times deactives the display but i see always O.K security code is activated ? I use a opcom china clone 2010

If you are installing CID from other vechicle there is a possibility that it hasn't been divorced. You will need that code too.

CID works, CD70 dont wanna get married.

got cd30 and gid. Im planing to buy cd40 usb without display, only bcs of usb.. so, seller says that hes cd40 usb is divorced and free and dont need code. What is my steps? First to divorce my cd30 and gid, and to pair new cd40 with my gid? (With my carrpass?)
