We design and build new pianos on old metal frames. We follow a variety of "design recipes" for different musical eras, for stage performance or studio recording and to accomodate special artists' needs.

We build pianos to achieve a well defined ppp and a noiseless fff, multicoloured dilated sustain and a transparent, focused and "kind" tone. Our aim is to blend the "singing" 19th century tone with the powerful 20th century piano tone.
