That reminded me of when someone bought out my yard sale. He said sell what you can and give me a price for whatever you have left. It was nice not having to pack it all up.
That Eames chair and ottoman would have been the buy of the century!!!
Both the chairs are very rare. Made my heart hurt seeing them left behind. The Eames era chair, if it was a Herman Miller it is worth minimum $2,000. The acrylic chair if it was a Castelli is worth $250. Crying!!!

The man did tell me the one clear chair I was looking at was a repro made by IKEA... I should have gotten the Eames chair though, even as a repro

So many treasures left behind! The flamingo wings spread planter goes for around $75. Several of the funky lamps should have been looked at. W everything they had being so cheap and of great quality you should have set up shop there and dug thru everything and cleared them out

My kind of dream sale, Tina. I seriously would have asked them what they would want for all in the driveway. Too hard to cherry-pick when there's no junk there. Super happy for you. : ) Hope you got the lounger. Load it up, take a trip to home depot for the new feet and leather polish, snap a photo, list it on line from the parking lot, sell it for a grand. Easy money fast. I'm gob smacked.
Oh my goodness! That one house with all the beautiful glass! And that mushroom lamp 😮! Most of that glass that they had looks an awful lot like Murano glass, which those pieces in antique stores would all go for 30 to 50 dollars. But, they did have the most amazing pieces! ✌🏼❤️
