Le Parisien reports that English supporters were allegedly attacked near bars in the Old Lille district. According to the newspaper, five hooded attackers attacked them while they were trying to help a drunk person.
Two of them were reportedly arrested by the police. They wore protective gloves, a sign that this attack could have been premeditated, although none of them were injured. The supporters of the attacked Villans announced that they would not file a complaint.
