The signing of John Terry was a gem. He is the defensive kingpin. He may not be quick, his reading of the game is way ahead on any potential treat.

Fantastic day. Fantastic performance. Just wish these highlights had a commentator that could bring across the atmosphere and emotion of the game.. Someone says it every week but he's so wooden.

All these multi million pound signings (not at Villa but worldwide) and I have to say, John Terry is up there with the very best. The man is an absolute beast on and off the pitch. Bravo to Steve Bruce and the board for getting him in. UTV WKWWA

If people are still showing criticism at Steve Bruce well think again, towards the start of the season we looked terrible and Bruce was about to lose his job. Now we are on fire! Seven straight wins, a perfect derby win against the Blues and in the top 2 automatic promotion places. It's now the time to start believing that we can make 2nd place. We are going back to where we belong. The Premier League!!! Tough game against Fulham and we will have tough games from now to the end of the season but we can go up. #UTV

sacking Bruce was never on. He has the best record of any manager in the English league of getting teams promoted, and we are going up, and that wretched rubble of blue noses are going to play in league 1. Stay there you muppets, and West Brom and all.

King Karm 75 going up still a long way away need to win almost every game! because cardif will win most and derby certainly will do! Villa will slip up somewhere as usual lose 2 or 3 on the spin then it's usually all over in this league and winning playoffs first time of asking is a very big ask can't see them beating fulham at craven cottage at the weekend! Fulham 2-1 aston villa thats why fulham are favorites at odds of 10/11 surprisingly!

Peter Salmon don't know about unlucky. Ndoye already had a yellow after challenging Grealish and should have been more professional there at the end. If I were a blues fan I would have been mad at the player for not keeping his cool. Unnecessary imo

Brilliant atmosphere UTV

I thought we had no chance of promotion 8 games ago but now we look like a completely different team and are looking like we belong in the Premier League, great stuff. Gotta make sure we hold onto 2nd place now, really tough game coming up next against Fulham who are unbeaten in 9.

Epic he ain't far wrong! The championship is a shockingly awful league! If a shit defender like hutton can kill the championship like he has this year anyone can right? He has to be the worst defender to ever grace the premiere league😂 i even think some voting thing had him down as the worst lol probably why he wasn't offered a new contract and is leaving in the summer! I would say Connor is probably one of the best championship players in a while because they are all crap😂
