The McLaren to be cool with Petrolheads, the DB11 to be cool with everyone
Aston's for the suave gentleman. You can't go wrong with either one, really.
I said it earlier I will say it again that DB11 is the most beautiful and sexy car I saw in this years Geneva auto show

Very close , but I think my heart goes for Aston Martin DB11.
The Aston Martin is the one!! I love the 570 but for a beautiful British tourer nothing comes close to the Aston.
Both cars look great; for me it'll all depend on which one I can fit in better, since I've got a 36" inseam. If the DB11, I'd probably wait until they release the DBS version of it
I love Astons, but McLaren takes the cake for me

Based on the performance, the driving position, plus the fit and finish, my money would have to go on the McLaren 570GT.
I choose both
McLaren offers some unique practicality .... and for a sports car, that's just smart. So the McLaren will get my vote.

As much as I love McLarens...Aston Martin's new DB11 design is more modern and clean, new tech, better gearbox finally, plus you can't beat the sounds of a V12!
its a matter of "image"...younger people will go for Mclaren, older for DB11.

Hypothetically: I need 3 seats in my expensive GT car. The Aston has 4 seats so Tick. That said it's expensive and 0-60 in under 4 secs is less than impressive when the new Alfa M3 Beater pulls off the same thing with 5 seats and does 190+ mph and for about 60K The McLaren is a better performance prospect but only 2 seats. What I really need is for McLaren to acknowledge that 3 is the magic number of seats as in the F1 and build a sportscar/GT with that layout again. It worked for the best car ever made. Why abandon that clear winning formula? Luv and Peace.

Bruce McLaren was a New Zealander. The McLaren car caries his legacy, and that of New Zealand design and innovation, from a time when England couldn't produce a decent car to save themselves. But- what can you do with ANY so-called supercar? We have some fabulous open roads in New Zealand, but a 100 kph speed limit- so knock yourself out, but you'll lose your licence!

Havnen't driven either of them, so can't have a qualified oppinion :-) So looking from the outside, Aston has legacy, style, purely irrational emotional winner.
Not much doubt which is the better-looking car. The Aston. Unless your girlfriend was Predator's sister. The McLaren "design language" is like some S-curve version of Chris Bangle's abortive style from the 2000 era. Very short-lived, trendy. The Aston design is not only beautiful today, but will remain beautiful for years. Just wouldn't own it because of the turbo engine and lack of a manual box. If I really wanted one, Aston would happily put in an NA 12 and a manual box... for a fee.
McLaren is the better car.

There both ugly over priced junk LOL so with that I have a old 1987 ford that, I would be willing to trade you even for them both,as long as you fill the gas tanks. I know I know its the better car but I can part with it and suffer driving the 2 ugly cars just because I feel you need a reliable car to keep doing the show.Ring me up and we can make arrangements to trade.. Edit Sorry the wife said no to the trade unless you throw in a bag of potatoes and carrots.
