When the body reacts to these things, it can make breathing hard and cause problems like mucus, inflammation, and chest pain, especially at night. To get better from asthma, having a strong immune system is really important.
Now, let's talk about some good breakfast choices for people with asthma:
1. Drink warm water in the morning when you wake up. It helps your airways relax and clears mucus from your body.
2. Avoid greasy and sour foods, choose fresh foods like steamed sprouts, steamed veggies, and mix them with a bit of rock salt and roasted cumin powder and Don't add tomatoes & lemons to any food items. South Indian dishes like idli, dosa, upma, and poha are good options.
3. If you usually eat parathas for breakfast, make them with less oil and skip sour ingredients. Use healthy fillings like green veggies or paneer.
4. Many people have drinks like tea, coffee, or juices for breakfast. You can make your tea healthier by adding Ayurvedic herbs like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom to boost your immune system & gut health.
5. Green tea is also a good choice for people with asthma because it supports your immune system and digestion. Regular milk can be harmful, so consider adding Ayurvedic herbs like ginger, cloves, and cardamom to improve it.
