Astaghfirullah Dhikr - Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh

It is also recommended that one should be in a state of purity and should perform
Two Rajat nafl for tawba thinking of all sins in first Rajat since becoming matured. And all the missed opportunities (for good deeds) in second rakat. Thereafter beg Allah in dua for forgiveness. After the Salah.
Before the 15 mins zikr Amal, bring the three keys into the mind: Allah is With me, Allah is Seeing me and Allah is Hearing me.
Then recite bisnmillah full once
° Astagfirullah full thrive
° Durood Shreef thrice
° Lahawalawalaquwata (full) thrice
This method of preparation for Amal is for before any zikr / meditations.
