    there is no minus electron, only less or more electron .minus is less electron and plus is more electron. minus value comes if keep plus probe in lower electron side. I think this clear you the basic concept of plus & minus voltage.

    voltage reference pressure difference (potential) between low and high amount of electron sides. Plus minus will come from where you take the reference side.
