Thank you, what about healing issues of the past do we just sweep everything under the rug¿ I’m concerned about spiritual bypassing and acting like nothing happened which probably leads to things bottling up and festering until they blow up in my face at an argument or something.. I have been through similar patterns growing up and my parents not talking things over and giving me and each other the silent treatment then acting like nothing happened then months or years later one of them brings up that thing swept under the rug and uses it to back up an argument or fuel it and so I realized that nothing stays in the past or under the rug
