Hi, I have created a VM instance with default options, later stopped the VM and clicked on edit and added the same start up script shown in the video under the custom metadata section. Saved the changes, started the VM. Tried launching it by clicking external IP. However getting error refused to connect. My VPN and firewall are default. A lot is real world scenario. Knowing just how gcp products work is not enough.

Can I skip the Google cloud digital leader certification and take ACE certification right away?

Creating an account is usually a hassle - especially with Indian cards. Can you try with a different card? Learners had success with AMEX or Master Card options. Did you try them? Another recommendation I see is to use a Credit Card - support.google.com/a/answer/3401127?hl=en You can find more details about the free tier in here: cloud.google.com/free/docs/gcp-free-tier#billing_verification

There are a number of students who completed in 3 weeks but I would not recommend aiming to complete in 3 weeks. Take your time. Understand things in depth. Goal is to learn the skills. Certification is just a short term objective. And about the course, check out the reviews from recent learners. That should be a great guide. Good Luck Santhosh.

Hi Ranga, I have learned gcp ace content on udemy gone through all your lectures and even attempted practice exams but unfortunately I didn't pass my ace exam after giving so many hours i really disappointed even clear precise concepts didn't help in achieving ace certification is there any resources you can share which help in my next attempt. Also you should place some practice questions also

@@sumeetkumar2897 this is an associate exam first of all, so a bit basics should be known although the exam clearly specifies no prerequisites. I would suggest you to skim through other tutorials about this certification before going for a hands on experience so that you know what you are doing.

This guys course is for kids..I know VPC very well from AWS and all he did in his tutorial is give lectures as the form of theory..you may or may not clear certification through his course but you will never crack an interview for sure.
