Id like to see separate sections in the game. Like a race focused section of maybe 10 classes, formula, wec, gt, touring all with bop and ranked multiplayer. Then a career mode where you start in karting and decide a pathway. Casual mode for all cars and mods etc and Freeroam

I just want the third iteration solid physics foundation, basic cars and tracks and the ability to let modders do what they will with it as they have previously. Then let the devs pile on the add ons as they see fit. If they spread too thin and pander to the masses, it will end up like ProjectCars3 and nobody wants that.

I´m so hyped about new Kunos Engine and street cars PLUS even Legendaries. The new 3D kerbs are looking phenomenal. Even wayy better as in ACC and ACC is best right now.

I can't wait for the new multi point tire sim! It has to be miles beyond Forza Motorsports' supposed incredible tire sim. As long as cars don't wipe out as soon as you go over the red and white curbs like in FM. (and ACC to a lesser extent) AC Evo will take over 99% of my drive time!

Played ACC for a year and loved it but am moving full time to iRacing. Pumped to see how Evo does once launched.

Should be great yes, people are funny with change.. nothing wrong with still keeping & playing other games but looking at what Kunos has done over the decade then you can guess EVO will be an excellent driving sim.

I just wish they have a ranked multi player system as good as iracing

What id really like is a decent way to set up an online lobby. Portfowarding overcomplicates things as not everyone's network will allow it

I would like too see more involved career mode where you start from scratch in the slower cars, and the option to upgrade your road cars, no full sim has ever feature this or simulate that in any way, witch is one of the many reasons i always prefered gt to any other racing game, still looking forward to see what ac evo has on offer, The car details looks really good, the first that could maybe even rival gt7 car models

Yes, Kunos has always had the absolute worst, most unfun career mode ever. It's really cosmetic. Just look at Gran Turismo's career mode. It really isn't much different from AC except that AC's career mode is super frustrating like it's some kind of real life sim or something! Gah! Too much reality! How can you make someone get stuck because they lack skill??? No game does that, except a stupidly hardcore sim!!! grrrrr!!!!!! I just ask for a rewind button!!!!!!

So much looking forward to drive the i20n in the game (got it real life as well).

nah. I'm sure you can turn graphics to min and still enjoy good frame rates. Besides, I can't wait to get into the car files and mod them stupidly and have incredible stupid fun that even BeamNG doesn't allow! I can't wait to have stupid soft springs and stupid high suspension and try to survive on the crazy bumpy Nords!!! ( CAN YOU IMAGINE IF AC EVO HAD NEGATIVE EARTH GRAVITY AND THE SUN'S GRAVITY like in BeamNG??? 🤯😅🤣😂)

Thing about this that piques my interest is the shot at Imola that is specifically focused on the wet grass off track showing the soil turned to mud. Makes me wonder is the off track physics going to be more advanced in the rain with the potential to get bogged down or at the very least much more slippery with mud being dragged back on track?

The way they detail their cars and tracks is as good as how Polyphony Digital does it for their Gran Turismo series. Probably better.

I don't believe in stills and promo vids. Forza Motorsports made their game look so incredible in their fradulent promotions, and upon release, it looked like a 20 year old game! I'll only believe the actual released gameplay videos from the credible Jardier!

Any game that teases with the Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo II is a straight win in my eyes, that thing is beautiful! Exciting times ahead!

We desperately need a Gran turismo style sim. Where u take a road car and go racing to afford uprgardes.. with good physics of course... where u can feel the upgrades effect the car.. the screen shots look amazing

If they make it possible to transfer the mod tracks and cars from AC1 straight into AC2 that would be a smart move and I hope they do it if it's even possible. Even if the graphics won't look great on old mods just making them transferable would kick start AC2.

Will probably Wait and see how other like it first. I already have a load of Games I never play, No reason to add to them lol. But I'm sure Kunos will do a good job. Thank you for the video Jardier.

A fleshed-out and fun career mode would be like fresh air in the sim genre. Hopefully they nail the controls and physics like in original AC and add better AI.

in-game wont be same quality as renders; also gameplay vs showroom, showroom will always look better. Much less to process in a showroom. Stoked for the game to be realeased

AMS 2 is doing things at the moment for me, AMS 2 does VR in such a bad ass way, All I puts on is AMS 2 using the Quest 2, And it is only a Quest 2, I can only imagine what a Pimax and 4090 would be like on AMS 2 in Ultra in VR, But yeah I ain't got no high end PC, An i5 12600k and a 12gb 3060, Oh and 32gb of ram which makes a huge difference from 16gb, In Fact I was thinking of trying to get 64gb of ram, But I think the fact the 3060 I got is the 12gb version, Helping with the VR, Virtual Desktop is fantastic on Steam, Woke my Quest 2 right up, Also the TP-Link AX3000 AX55 Archer Wifi-6 Router have done wonders for the Sim Racing online, TP-Link AX 3000 is a pretty decent router for the price it is..... Plus AMS 2 got the 1.6 update with IMSA, And I hear AMS 2 is going to be on LFM yeah, I do hope AC EVO is a good game, AC 1 seemed to be top in VR, You need a pretty good GPU and CPU to do VR on ACC, I seems to have issues, And after doing Sim Racing in VR, I can't go back to the TV screen, I got a WaveVR Elite 5000mah battery strap for my Quest 2 and it is o comfy I can sim race for hours non stop, I even bought a 38inch tower fan for the sweat out moments, With a Fan on you it is all good, After all racing without a VR on can make you bust a sweat out, Take the rallying for example, Oh by the way Dirt Rally 2 in VR is again flipping fantastic, So for me, If the Sim Racing isn't VR I won't be doing my TV racing again, I even stopped playing Beam coz the VR is so flipping terrible, Why they can't get Beam in VR right is beyond me when Euro Trucks is now in VR as well, lol, By the way Euro Truck 2 is great in VR for a chillax afternoon drive in a Lorry, I hear you can use cars on Euro Truck as well, But yeah it won't be long before a VR head set will come out purely for Sim racing where the VR headset is so small it won't get in the way of Sim Racing so to speak, A pair of glasses that is VR, I don't think will be long, You cannot get any closer to real life Sim Racing than VR, You can even become faster in VR, Learning corners better, I am improving since I been doing VR, I would tell anyone if they could afford it that is, To grab a Quest 3 or even a Quest 2 is still bad ass if you got a decent GPU or VR ready PC, And can get one, You will be VR converted in an instant lol, At least I was, lol....

If they're going for Gran Turismo for PC, that could work. If its fighting AC1 for the same players, there is an uphill battle ahead, imo.

This will be different, as it seems like have more focus on road cars like ac1 a good thing in my opinion.

It looks awesome, just gotta hope its a polished game unlike most of what comes out now. I hope I can run it with my modern mid range pc :(

Thoughts on release date?

I hope to see AC EVO to give back to ACC owners who purchased recent DLC. It would be a shame to abandon this content in exchange for the new kid on the block.

ACC was pretty much a test on unreal engine, which wasn't very liked by the developers so they have gone back to their own game engine just like the original assetto is, obviously it's an updated better version

I might need a new computer to run it, dam it 😭😭🤣🤣. Can't wait to try it 🤘🤘👍👍

I'D LOVE AC Evo to be something like GT7 or Forza Motorsport. With safety ratings and focused on online competitive racing but with more cars.

I was sooo freaked out when you just went into ACC and "flew" over the forest to the exact corner and in two tenth of a second, turned around! 🤯😰😱😰😭😭😭 It just proves you're an alien 👽 and you've been in a 🛸 flying over the track hundreds of times!!! My brain broke!🤯😵💁‍♂🧏‍♀ I also 100% agree AC Evo will be incredible! I really, really can't wait! 🤤🤤🤤 I think ACC is too fast for me, so I can't wait for AC Evo so I can do the Miata, 240SX, Porsche 924, etc. More my speed until I start to "get" what's going on in sims. I can totally tell the difference between ACC and Forza Motorsports. I have had hours of fun messing around in the car files in AC, and I can't wait to do the same stupidity in AC Evo!!!

Right I don't see why this was needed to be mentioned as literally every gpu atp supports DX12 and RT is known to be only DX12 for the most part

I honestly hope that the single seater cars, especially F1 cars will COMPLETELY OBLITERATE anything we've seen before. Especially when the top 2 modders (RSS and VRC) will release their F1 cars into the game. It always hurt me that in AC the cars made by these two were so much better than the ones we've seen in EA F1 games, and yet it didn't push EA to even try to get to that level. Maybe even we will get licensed F1 cars in AC Evo someday, just like the Ferrari DLC for AC.

Ac evo seems to focus on road cars a very good thing in my opinion, to many sims only focus on race cars.
