Dear Sir, Please guide me on below mention issue. There is a residential plot whose no. as per approved plan is 29 and no. on site is 36. The Plot no. in sale deed executed is no.36 and advocate has provided title clear report as the all documents mentioned the plot no. as 36. So I want to know whether i case of default by client, whetehr the bank can take valid possession of plot under serfaesi act. Pls provide me with study material, relevant case law or any section resolving my query.
