In this video, I will demonstrate how to make a DIY paper roll holder for your workbench, workshop, or your assembly table. I used some scrap plywood and a closet rod to hang a 36 inch roll of rosin paper. If you have a work surface that you would like to protect from the abuses of your workshop, a paper roll dispenser might be your answer. If you do a lot of glue-ups or spraying, this is definitely what you need.
