Don´t be confused. At 9:41 the engines are NOT glued. That was a dry fit. I glued them at 9:52.😅😁

Indeed this was KLM's first Airbus! It was a mix of 'glass cockpit' and old fashioned flying machine cockpit lay-out. I became a captain in 1990 and flew the aircraft untill it was phased-out in 1995. We operated into Afrca, the Middle East and high density routes in Europe. To Milan Linate she was mainly used because of high demand, but also for her Cat III capability, landing in dense fog, which was very common in Milano. On special demand she was often used to cross the Atlantic Ocean to Goose Bay, where the Royal Netherlands Air Force did trainingmissions on their F-16's. It was a comfortable aircraft with a very roomy seating arrangement in her 'wide body'.

Tolles Modell.Den habe ich vor ca.2 Jahren auch gebaut.Allerdings musste ich die gesammte Bemalung per Airbrush auftragen,da keine KLM Decals vorhanden waren.Mach weiter so,Deine Modelle sehen wirklich klasse aus👍

This looks amazing, I was waiting for a KLM model ;) Very good decal solution, but you can also keep the yellowish decals against a window in the sun for a few days or keep them several hours under a UV lamp. (However, if you can print your own decals I would do the same ;) )

You really did a fantastic job. I had this kit 2 times and it didnt fit really well with me. With me the decals were in great condition but the fit was awfull.

super nice BUT,, the cockpit windows is to dark , may be you can fix it buy applying a light grey window decal to highlight the front cockpit windows , super nice model .

You have to accent the panel lines. Subscribe them if necessary with a good scriber ( Tamiya, for example ) and colour them with a dark or medium gray or even black ( use Tamiya panel accent paint or a narrow tip Gundam pen ) depending upon the back colour tone. It's a kind of wash finishing. Your painting and assembling job is great!!

You can edit it on Photoshop and the print it or let it print by a company :-)

Sehr schön gelöst! Frage: welches Decal Papier, welcher Drucker, hast du dann nochmal für Cockpit Window dieses Dunkelblau noch irgendwie versiegelt, so daß es keinen Schaden im Wasser nimmt? Wenn ja - womit?
