Is this rotor effective or the one in seiko is more?

It has a unidirectional rotar. And Seiko has a bidirectional rotor. so Seiko is better

i recently broke the stem of my hmt 0231 and now the stem is kinda stuck should i try to remove it myself or take it to a shop and will alum dissolve hmt stem residue stuck in the crown?

The alum solution will work. But you can change the stem and crown in your nearest watch repair store
